TRANSITIONING TO AMDRAS | Becoming a Recognised Accreditation Provider (RAP)
Under AMDRAS all RMABs have automatically been transferred to be Recognised Accreditation Providers (RAPs).
However that does not authorise them to accredit under AMDRAS until they have completed the application form confirming that they have the systems and processes in place to meet their obligations under AMDRAS. Application forms have to be submitted and approved by the 30th June 2025. View this article to access the form and other resources to support your aion.
Closure of the NSW Community Justice Centre
The AMDRAS Board has been very concerned to hear the news of the closure of the CJC and as such has written a letter of support to the Director of the CJC, and the corresponding government department, to reiterate the importance and value of this service.
To date, the decision to defund this service remains unchanged and all Community Justice Centres in NSW will be closed by 1 July 2025. Sign the petition to support this community service.
