AMDRAS Guidelines

  for accreditation under AMDRAS.

  This Guideline provides a “Transition Checklist” to enable Recognised
  Providers to provide for the new mediation simulation (assessment) requirements for
  accreditation under AMDRAS.
• AMDRAS – Guidelines for Certificate of Assessment (Written)
  This Guideline provides a summary of the requirements for the
  written assessment that is to be completed after the mediation simulation
  has been completed.
• AMDRAS – Guidelines for Insurance (for Recognised Providers)
  This guideline provides insurance coverage guidance for all RTPs and RAPs as part of their governance obligations.

For Accredited Mediators

  This Guideline provides a summary of the process for Accredited Mediators NMAS to transition from the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) to the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS)

• Application Form for Advanced Accredited Mediator 
  This form is to be used by mediators to apply to become an Advanced Accredited Mediator under AMDRAS. Please submit this completed form along with all supporting documentation to your Recognised Accreditation Provider (RAP). Application fees may apply as determined by your RAP.
